Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Bazeflix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"), the developer of Repkind. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data.

Who can use Repkind

Repkind is for adults aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens under your account.

Not medical advice

Calorie and macro targets, food estimates, workout plans and Repkind AI answers are general guidance for healthy adults. They are estimates and can be wrong. They are not medical, dietary or professional advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet or training if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury or a history of eating disorders. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Repkind AI

Photo scans and Ask Repkind use an AI service (Anthropic's API) and only run after you agree in the app. AI answers can be inaccurate or incomplete: check them before relying on them. Do not send photos of other people or anything you do not want analysed. You can report a reply in the app and turn AI features off in Settings, Preferences.

Plans and payment

• Repkind is free to use. Basic and Pro plans raise your daily photo scans and AI questions.
• Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions (in Repkind: Settings, Your account, Plan). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Repkind: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, no automated access, no abuse of the support desk or AI, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Your content

Meals, workouts, photos and messages you add stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run Repkind for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings, Your account.

Our content

The app, its design and our content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Repkind on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Repkind, so features may change. We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app. We aim to keep Repkind running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by relying on estimates or AI answers instead of professional advice. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple App Store

If you got Repkind from the App Store: these terms are between you and Bazeflix Ltd, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for Repkind. If Repkind fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about Repkind, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use must also follow the App Store terms, including Apple's standard licence terms where they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live and can bring claims there.
