Delete your Repkind data

Repkind (on the App Store and Google Play) is operated by Bazeflix. You can delete your whole account, or just parts of what you have logged, without asking us. This page gives the steps and says exactly what goes and what stays.
Delete your account and everything in it
- Open Repkind and sign in.
- On Home, tap your photo or initials at the top left to open Settings.
- Tap Your account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. This cannot be undone.
Your account and everything synced with it is erased from our servers straight away, and the copy on that device is cleared at the same time.
Delete some of your data, and keep your account
- A meal: open it from Home or Food, then tap Delete meal. To keep the meal but drop its picture, tap Remove photo.
- Your profile photo: tap your photo on Home, then Your account, tap the photo and choose Remove photo.
- A routine: Workouts → open the routine → Delete routine.
- A workout in progress: open it and tap Discard workout.
- Anything else, such as a finished workout or your logged weights: email us at the address below and we will remove it for you.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Purchase and subscription records | Kept by Apple or Google Play and by our subscription provider for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years. We keep no copy against your account. |
Deleted records are removed from our live database immediately. Encrypted backups held by our hosting provider are overwritten within 30 days, after which no copy remains. Photos you send for meal analysis are processed by our analysis provider, which does not use them to improve its products and keeps them only as long as its service requires.
No longer have the app?
Email privacy@bazeflix.co.uk from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within 30 days. Deleting the app on its own removes what is stored on that phone, but not what is held against your account.
